Marina D´or, Oropesa Del Mar has plenty of events in the local proximity such as the Fiber Fib Festival in Benicassim, La Tomatina in Buñol, F1 in Valencia, Moto GP in Cheste, Golf in Burrian and football in Villareal among others. This not to mention the beautiful beaches throughout Oropesa Del Mar, the Marina D´ór resort itself with Europe’s largest Seawater Spa and our yearly events like Mr and Mrs Spain, The Spanish Darts Open and Oropesa´Del Mars Fiestas.
Marina dor holiday village has approximately 10.000 holiday apartments which are all fully equipped and are on the 3 star category, which can sleep up to 6 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms 1 or 2 bathrooms fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and all apartments have air condition . The village has a lot to keep you busy with restaurants, bars, gardens, sandy beaches and shops for all your essentials you may need. At this present moment you can fly to Valencia then make your journey to the resort either by bus, train or car. There is a new airport being built in castellon which is in the middle from Valencia to the resort this will make travelling to the resort even easier and will take less time to do so. The new airport is set to be finished by October 2009.
