As a reporter of a travel magazine, I have to tour the length and breadth of the country. I am on constantly on the move searching new holiday destinations and writing reviews on them. Though travelling to new places is exciting, it is also tiring. I need good travel deals which are economical and are direct. I would like to avoid changing or hopping flights.

There are many travel sites on the internet which offer a god number of travel deals. http://optifly.com is a site that caught my attention last week. It is an updated site with low cost carriers and major airlines both listed in it. You can find an optimum route for yourself mapping your preferred route.

I look at a variety of sites for low fares, like orbitz.com, ebookers.com, travelocity.com and sidestep.com. You can put the settings so that it shows only direct flights
